I love property. I bought my first house in 2008 and have over the years built a profile of investment properties that I have personally been involved in renovating and tenanting myself. It is SO exciting to help someone find their home. And for me, even more exciting to help someone find a property they can keep as an investment. I love seeing the potential, knowing where a good investment is, or isn’t, and ensuring the correct call is made. I also personally know the time it takes to find the right property. I will never rush anyone for a sale. Some of my properties have taken me over a year to find. Time, patience, and some good times along the way, is the relationship I want to build with every person I work with. I have a background in advertising, marketing, as a Global IT Project Manager and in International Partnership Management. My past career, as well as being a mom to three teenage girls, I believe has given me the skills needed to be an agent that can be patient, be trusted and ensure every client has the joy that comes with property.
